Getting on an elevator was a big challenge and alot of waiting

Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff. Every single staff member went the extra mile. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We ate in the Swiss restaurant and the food was delicious, with many choices. Again, the service was attentive and very special. The hotel is well located - an easy walk to the main train station and the old town and the lake area.
There was a little bit of traffic noise, but this is to be expected in a central hotel in a busy city.

Near the station
The rooms were rather basic. For the price we expected better rooms. We were put in a room with an adjoining room and the noises get loud in the night.
