    It’s hard access due to old city center, only taxi is allowed but not Uber. We were unfortunately leaving on the day they have Marathon and Taxi couldn’t come to hotel to pick us up. So we had to walk with heavy luggages under the rain. The lady at reception was very nice and tried to get male staff to help but he just told us to walk to train station. We walked half way, got to the road and got Uber out to train station. It’s a hassle unfortunately for those who are not familiar with the area or have a physical challenge.

    Hotel Kindli is a true gem! Nestled right in the heart of Old Town, it offers convenient walking access to all of Zürich's landmarks and attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The hotel features a fantastic restaurant, and everything is spotlessly clean. On my arrival, they even upgraded my room, ensuring I was very comfortable. Their attentive service to customers is commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in Zürich, and I would happily choose it again if I return.
