Hotel Kindli is a true gem! Nestled right in the heart of Old Town, it offers convenient walking access to all of Zürich's landmarks and attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The hotel features a fantastic restaurant, and everything is spotlessly clean. On my arrival, they even upgraded my room, ensuring I was very comfortable. Their attentive service to customers is commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in Zürich, and I would happily choose it again if I return.

We had a two night stay from our ski trip to check out Zurich, which in general is a very expensive city. The Kindli is small property perfectly located in the old town. All the major tourist sights are a short walk from the hotel. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. No coffee maker in the room but there is a complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea machine in the lobby as well bottled water. Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, which as basic but good. Staff friendly but the front desk closes around 6pm.
