We booked several rooms for a family trip to Switzerland. The staff was so accommodating! They had the rooms ready early which is much appreciated when your 13 hour flight gets you there in the morning. They also provided a crib with comforter for our 1 year old grandson at no extra charge. The hotel booked us tickets for the chocolate museum and really helped us with anything we needed for our trip.
It was expensive- but I think that is the norm for Zurich!

It’s tough to maintain the theme when you used to be one of the best hotels there is. Bit crammed in now by other properties

The location was convenient, especially since its very close to Zurich HBF station. However, it was in a noisy neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet was just fine, it was however old looking with a very obviously replaced and ill fitting door.
Toilet was not up to standard.
