Close to the main train station
* Noisy - our room was right next to a tram stop, sounded like a plane taking off every time a tram departed.
* Stocks of coffee were not replenished/room wasn’t serviced one day.
* Shower gel completely ran out and wasn’t replaced.

Needs a refurb:
Facilities old especially bathtub
Heating way too hot - only way to control was to switch it off and open the window!
Doors open outwards into corridor – like prison cells!
Common areas carpet not touched since 1980s
