Welcome to La Prom 1, a charming two-level apartment right on the iconic Promenade des Anglais, steps from major bus routes for easy access around Nice. Situated on the 3rd floors of a building with an elevator, La Prom offers a unique layout with bedrooms on the upper level: the main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom doubles as a cozy TV lounge with a sofa bed for two.

- Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)
- Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€
- Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€
*The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.

Loved our short stay in Nice! This beachfront apartment was amazing and Kirsi was so kind and helpful. Definitely want to come back for a longer stay! (Also had the best AC of everywhere we stayed on our two week European tour!)

We stayed recently for 3 nights and loved the look out over the sea. A lovely 40 min walk along the boardwalk to the old town of Nice. So close to tram line for quick access to everything! Hosts were super accommodating and very quick to respond. Great stay- thank you!!!

As soon as we entered the apartment, my teen exclaimed “I love this place !”. It was very clean and I am wary of cleanliness. The balcony overlooking the sea was the highlight. We ate many meals overlooking the promenade des anglais. My son went and played beach volleyball across the street at the youth area and the swimming was fantastic. We had a rental car and used the parking lot called Parking Semiacs les Bosquets nearby which was super convenient. Everything you need is close by : multiple bravery stores, restaurants and boulangeries. The people hosting the apartment were extremely communicative and accommodating. We did not want to leave.
