Property was all as described and had a fantastic view.
All was good. Anything that was not was very minor and was irrelevant given the fantastic view.

The views were absolutely fantastic along with the ideal location to the town centre making everything easily accessible.
The issue of parking is a problem within Dartmouth. With the property sleeping 6, many like ourselves would have 2 cars. However the property only has space for 1 car. I would recommend the property offer a parking permit for Mayors Avenue.

The view was absolutely amazing
Driving up the narrow road to get to it. I’m not sure if it’s mentioned in the details of the property but particularly large vehicles would struggle

location is excellent
accessibility difficult for older or infirm people especially with builders scaffolding on access stairs
builders working next door and view impaired by scaffolding - we would not have booked it had we known
car access very difficult especially for larger cars - rentors should be warned
$$$$
