The view, the house is set up beautifully, very organized
The steps leading to the house were very difficult with luggage and should have been made clear in the initial advert, there were no shampoo or bath soap which is very unusual and the dryer not working was problematic as it took a long time to air dry

The property was presented to a high stand and the views over Dartmouth harbour are amazing especially at night.
Road access is very tight for a medium sized car and walls so close wing mirrors need to be folded in to avoid damage. There is no parking at the property and parking c15 min walk away is chargeable on restrictive time periods.

Amazing views, quiet location
Steps!
More information is needed in initial advertisement as we weren’t expecting so many steps up to the property. My husband struggles with his knees so this was a problem.
Understood there was no parking but no explanation of how narrow the road to the property is. Had to unload luggage and shopping at foot of steps and carry up the many steps.
Feel a photo of the steps needs putting in the advertisement.
