Location, facilities, parking permit.
Cleaning not good. Home needs some TLC, looking very tired and worn since last visited.

We appreciated the milk provided to us as well as the fresh flowers in the dining room. We also appreciated the prompt appearance of the maintenance person to unlock the door following our mix up with the key.
Light over shower of ensuite not working and door catch on top bedroom not closing properly. No hand soap in the kitchen.
