This is a really neat apartment in the centre of Florence. A great view from the balcony, offering an opportunity for a romantic breakfast or dinner. Good bed, and we were also impressed by chandelier.
All was good! We enjoyed the stay.

Nice room within walking distance of some attractions. In a residential area, it felt safe and was quiet.
Room was clean, had a fridge and coffee making facilities.
Lounge and bathroom were narrow up a staircase within the room and could be awkward for some people.

Very close to the train station and the communication from the owner, the room looks nice
The bed was very unfomfortable and it would be nice to have fly screen on the windows because in such a tiny room it gets hard to breath without the window open but then all the mosquitos come in.
There is a coffee machine and kettle but there was no tea or coffee which was unfortunate. If you're a light sleeper you are right next to the train station so you will hear them, it is less bad with the windows closed though. The photos also showed more of a bigger room and bigger area so compared it was very tiny.
