Very prompt replies from host
Check out is at 10 am, which is super early considering check out is around 13-1400 and taxes have to be paid in cash. Lucky we had on us, but they refused to be pad by card

Family run small independent hotel. Very welcoming hosts. Very clean room. Breakfast available if required at an additional supplement.

Appreciated communication with host prior to.arrival. Great location to walk to tourist sites. Entire property was extremely clean. Loved the big shower and size of the room. It was good to have option to purchase breakfast. Lorenzo and family were very friendly and helpful with directions and what to see and do. We would return to The Lux

Lovely hosts (mother and son team). Was contacted in advance to confirm arrival time and it was very helpful to be given info on how to get there by tram as property is located very near tram stop. Typical Italian breakfast prepared by lovely Antonella eaten by their terrace which was private and quiet. Lorenzo also offered restaurant recommendation which was also very nice. Room was clean and showering facilities good
