The room was very clean and well-maintained. I really liked the location—it was very close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The staff was also very polite and helpful, especially Angela, who was awesome with my 5-year-old son. He absolutely loved her!
There wasn’t anything major I disliked during our stay.

Convenient location for bring not far of the train station SM Novella and BELFIORE complex, in lovely neighborhood that is not touristic but full of charm of people going with their daily life. There are supermarkets and cute cafe close by. Very clean place and lovely staff!
The price was high for me and compared to other travels I do. But this is probably Florence!..

Not far from city center, transportation close by
Not well maintained, you can hear everything that is happening in the other rooms. It’s very hard to close and open the windows as they are old, the AC was working but wasn’t enough for how much the room was cold
