It is very close to the city center. Easy to reach all of the famous places on foot. The hotel personnel are very kind, they answer all my questions very quickly. If you arrive with your car, they can ensure you a safe, closed open air parking space during your stay for a little extra money.

Room a bit on small side but I opted for economy twin room. Fan was sometimes quite noisy at night.

Location is ok..purpose was to stay at location fairly near airport for 1 night so we had no intention of touring around Florence. But we did walk 18 min to Duoma. Taxi ride in early morning was only 15 min, no traffic.
This property needs serious updating.
