The staff were very friendly. I needed a taxi very early in the morning and they called snd provided one. Nice cafe down the street for a great cappuccino and snack.

Very solid location, the tram station is 50 meters from the hotel, and then after 7 stops is the city center. The staff is polite and helpfull.
Hotel parking was full when we’ve arrived, but we’ve managed to park on the street.

Room decoration, bed size, close to tram station, supermarket and restaurants, very quiet.
Musty smell in the room when we arrived. Also the staff when cleaning the room touched our luggage, folding it the wrong way and messing up our clothes. (They could just move it, the room had a lot of space).
Pink mold on the bathtubs wall. Breakfast staff not very friendly or helpful or communicative.
Receptionist was pushy in the end to ask for a tip.
Everything looked old and worn off, chairs, table, walls.
