Welcome! We look forward to welcoming you in our modern, elaborately and lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment is located in a middle of 2019 in residential climate friendly Holzständerbauweise completed apartment building with 5 parties and a floor space of approximately 99 sqm in a quiet residential environment in Oberuhldingen, an ideal starting point for all activities on Lake Constance (3min walk to the train connection Überlingen, Friedrichshafen, Lindau) ,

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Christian. Le logement se trouve dans une résidence très calme. Il est spacieux, très lumineux, moderne et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle terrasse pour l'ensemble de nos repas.
Il y a des commerces à proximité pour faire les courses, et la situation de l'appartement nous a permis de visiter la région du lac de Constance.

schöne, helle, moderne Wohnung; zwei Bäcker und Supermärkte in fußläufig zu erreichen. In 20 Minuten waren wir auch zu Fuß am See. Zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Sogar das Aufklappsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr hochwertig und bietet guten Schlafkomfort, was in anderen Wohnung eine Seltenheit ist. Der Balkon lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um alle Ecken des Bodensees zu erreichen. Die Fähre in Meersburg ist nur ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt (fährt alle 15min), um nach Konstanz zu fahren und die Südseite zu erreichen.
Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad bietet ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. Auch das Haus ist angenehm ruhig und die Nachbarn sind nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, hat einen guten Schnitt und ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Edeka, Lidl nicht weit entfernt sind. Insgsamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!
