About this house rental
The massive house built in 2006 was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017. On 127 m² of living space, 6 people find enough space to feel comfortable on vacation. The house is on the outskirts with a clear view of nature. Those looking for peace and relaxation will find this here. A variety of hiking trails lead around the village.
In winter, you can get on the disc stage trail directly at the house, a classic cross-country trail.
In the basement is the garage integrated into the house, the fully equipped laundry room, the boiler room and a storage room.
Living and dining room, with tiled stove and access to the terrace, are on the ground floor, as well as the kitchen, a bedroom and the guest bathroom with shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms are available on the upper floor, if you want to retreat there is also a room to relax, as well as a bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms.
The building is heated in all rooms with underfloor heating.

Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung erwartete uns ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus mit genug Platz und allem was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hübsches komfortables Haus mit allen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet, traumhafter Ausblick, sehr liebenswerte hilfsbereite Vermieter, wandern von der Haustür aus in wunderschöner Natur - für uns der perfekte Urlaub!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit gemütlichem Kaminofen, gut sortierter Küche, Garten am Rand von Obernheim. Zugang über die Garage ist besoders praktisch als "Dreckschleuse", wenn man mit Kindern bei Schmuddelwetter auf der Alb draußen war ;-). Es war eine gute Woche dort, sehr gern wieder.
