About this house rental

This lovingly restored farmhouse from 1850 in Balgheim offers 130 m² of living space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. You'll find one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, TV, and leather sofa, and another with a 140 cm wide bed. The fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with leather sofa, TV, and traditional tiled stove provide comfort for relaxing evenings. Modern amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating in all rooms, washing machine, workspace, coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, baby cot, and high chair.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace—perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting between the Swabian Jura, Lake Constance, and the Black Forest.



There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house as well as street parking available. Events are not allowed, and the accommodation is reserved exclusively for registered guests.



Upon arrival, you'll receive a voucher for the nearby bakery Backhaus Licht, so you can start your stay with fresh baked goods and regional specialties—all within walking distance. A basket of firewood and kindling is available for an extra charge to use the traditional tiled stove.
