Location is excellent. Right on the slopes with access to the ski lifts
The service in the restaurant was terrible. Dining was uncomfortable due to inconsistent and very poor service. Long delays between sitting ordering between courses clearing dishes etc.
Staff were not trained or supervised. Wrong wine orders, lost wine! Forgetful order taking.
Soup without spoons. Dishes incomplete.
Several other guests complained making the experience uneasy. I was on a trip with my two adult children and the best we could do was to try and laugh it off
Room housekeeping was haphazard and sometimes not done. Usually later in the day so you returned from skiing to a room that was not serviced. Coffee machine removed one day, room not serviced?
Glasses never washed or replaced. Water never replenished
Overall not the type of customer experience I expect in even a lower rated hotel
