Location great easy to get to everything. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but when skiing you do not spend that much time in them. We got a great price to stay.
Would like the hotel to be available independently throughout season not just through Crystal Ski. Breakfast was good but I feel a proper coffee/hot water machine would be safe and more efficient than a kettle for hot water and having to ask and pay for a cappuccino.

Well located - ski in ( ok you have to be good enough to ski off piste down the slopes to the bins but it's doable ) - not ski out though.
General vibe was ok
Everything is done on the cheap. Staffing is short, getting your room at 4pm on a Saturday is a lottery many are available much later. Fancy glass bathrooms just mean you have to watch each other pooping. The bathroom door knocks against the slot you put your room key in to switch electricity on and as a result the connection is faulty. Door handles come off and have been glued back on repeatedly. Twin beds aren't really twins. Lifts are tiny and you have to wait for ever- never used them despite being 6 floors up
