Really Lovely staff & beautiful decor in the lobby area .
Philipe was so welcoming at breakfast , lovely buffet.
Shuttle service was fantastic to pick up our elderly dog.

Extremely dated all needs a refurbish
We had a two bedroom suite needs a refurbish as also very dated.
Unfortunately the food in the evening restaurant was really not good .I asked for a few vegetables which they didn’t have I was a bit surprised as it’s a 5 star hotel. Trying to hard to make it fancy .
Hotel Montana down the road was fantastic .

Amazing location right on the slopes and easy walk to all restaurants and shops.
Wonderful staff, made everything so easy from ski hire and return delivered to the hotel.
WiFi wasn’t great! Would have liked shower heads not hand held but minor things - we loved it and would return

The hotel is beautiful and the ski-in ski-out is a bonus.
For a 5-star hotel it was somewhat disappointing. We were a group of 5 across two rooms and none of us slept well because the rooms were extraordinarily hot and there wasn't a temperature control in any of the rooms - it is controlled centrally from Reception, which we only discovered the following morning. Also the light flickered in the sitting area of our room (it was like sitting in a disco), we reported it, someone apparently went to the room to fix it, but when we returned after dinner, it wasn't fixed. It was the first day of the ski season and it felt as if the staff didn't really know what they were doing - this was particularly the case at breakfast where we had to ask for food at the buffet to be refilled. It was all explainable, just not what I would have expected for 5 star prices.
