Great location good buffet breakfast good room great spa have stayed here for years on and off and keep returning good bar and pool table La Chaumiere resturant has great food and friendly staff
food was a little cold if later than 730 am made a mistake with the invoice but this was quickly rectified - but should not have happened tips are divided up between the whole hotel staff rather than just the restuarant - not very individual water in the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer !

Location and food was very good
The staff seem less helpful. Specifically, they were almost rude when it came to check in and very inflexible in regards to rooms being ready. Ie, everyone around us had their room early and staff seem not bothered to even try to help. Cleaning was also inconsistent as in sometimes they did not come. Also multiple times on booking messages that were not clear and missed. I had to confirm dinner reservations 3 times and staff were not clear on the restaurant names
