Very good

Carpets and decor need a refresh.

Location, pool , authentic style , staff were friendly.

Breakfast service very under staffed , room not cleaned properly each day. No fridge in the room. Very expensive.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The main floor with restaurant, bar, sitting area, all was very nice and comfortable. The chef and staff did a fantastic job with dinner.

The hotel room was cramped, old, uncomfortable, out of style, not what you would expect for $ 1500 per night. The ski locker room was also cramped

Good size bed and I appreciated the Mountain View in the room. Staff were polite

The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the facilities. The bathrooms must be renovated if charging 466 euros a night for bed and breakfast!! For me it seems greedy, they were in such bad condition and not a nice experience to use or shower. The water in the pool was not hot enough so I only used it once. Also spa please ensure there is always water, without fail the 4 times I went to use the sauna water had run out. One time I saw a lady and asked her to change and she did but it’s just so needed when people are using saunas and steam rooms. I’ve never written a review like this but I stay in a lot of nice hotels and I’m happy to pay the money. Here I felt I war ripped off. If the cost had been less even 250/300 eur per night (still a lot but it’s ski high season) I would have give a high rating.
