The staff were so friendly and helpful, accommodating and polite. They were so nice to my 2 Yr old, had a thunderstorm one of the nights and couldn't settle him, called reception at 3am to ask if they had any milk an they brought it to us. Reception staff were lovley, bar staff were welcoming and the kitchen staff couldn't do enough for us even came with fresh pancakes because the little one didn't want to eat.
Rooms were basic, they were clean an had what we needed just lack decoration.

Location was good staff were helpful
Breakfast was over cooked as under lights to long so not enjoyable
Wasn’t aware it was a dog friendly hotel . So should be advised as I have an allergy to dogs . So changed rooms receptionist was helpful in doing this x
