Great location by the Race course with parking, Staff are very friendly and efficient, the hotel is modern and spotlessly clean, lovely clean comfy rooms with very comfy beds, breakfast was buffet style and was lovely.

I've never seen such work ethics in EVERY employee as there is at this hotel. Each and every one of them are an asset to this hotel.
Arrived hours before check-in time as arranged previously due to personal reasons. Luggage was put in the luggage room, and we were immediately advised to help ourselves to the complimentary tea and coffee, another first. This was very much needed and appreciated.
Handy for everything in Chester, Racecourse next door, and Miller and Carter around the corner.

Very noisy room due to road outside-need to stay in room overlooking race course.
