Fantastic position, in the Petite France, close to the nicest attractions and best restaurants. The building is a historical building, finely decorated and newly restaurated. The room was large and comfortable. It was sound proof, I did not hear any sound, despite the turistic traffic and the church aside. The staff is gentle and welcoming. I tried their restaurant: very good. Definitely a place to visit again.

Location was outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Lovely room, very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast. Comfortable beds and beautiful room.

Rooms and location were fine, albeit that the mandatory (as you can't get there by car) valet service should be included / offered at more affordable rates
Service at the restaurant really wasn't up to par - different waiters asking us at different times whether we wanted to order our main dish (despite having done that an hour earlier) is just one example.
