Location was great, staff friendly
Spa closed at 8pm, a bit early. It would be good if the staff told me Uber doesn’t come to in front of the hotel because of the restricted area. Need to call a normal taxi service if you need one.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient and in a beautiful part of town.
The street outside was quite noisy, especially at night. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.
Second, I had an unexpected problem with room service. I placed an order through the hotel’s app, received a confirmation, and went to bed assuming everything was taken care of. The next morning, nothing had been delivered. When I inquired at the front desk on my way out for the day, they immediately knew who I was and explained that the order had been sent to room 111 instead of my room, 110 due to a typo that I entered in the app (1 digit off and the room next door) While I understand that mistakes can happen, they apparently don’t. I was required to enter my full name, phone number, and email when placing the order, and the hotel made no attempt to contact me to resolve the issue—even though they clearly had all my information.
I was also told that because I had placed the order, I would either need to return to my room immediately for a redelivery or cancel but I would be charged regardless because I made the mistake, not them. This reaction was especially disappointing considering the hotel emphasizes that they are “at guests’ disposal” for anything needed, and sent several emails boasting their level of service they provide. It’s surprising that they could reach out proactively for marketing and guest support, but not even make the smallest effort to try to contact me about a problem with my breakfast order.
