We liked everything about our stay, friendly helpful staff as always, nothing is too much trouble for them,we love coming here because after a day of touring the area,it's nice to know that you are coming back to a friendly, warm and clean hotel.many thanks to you all, we'll be back again,

Very friendly personnel, comfy and silent rooms. Nice breakfast
The communication before arrival was weird. They sent me multiple times the same automatic message with links that did not even work. A bit annoying. Even when I asked questions about my stay I got an automated reply most of the time (sth like "we acknowledge your request") which made me unsure whether anyone really had read my question. But after arriving everything went great

Great location, easy to get to from the train station. Big rooms, and large bed. Staff were lovely and very helpful, especially in respect of getting around town.
The bathroom was a snug for big and tall people, but I wouldn’t say this is something I didn’t like. Just something to keep in mind.

It was really close to the train station and they had umbrellas to use in the lobby. They kept the luggages after check-out.
This is not a 4 star hotel, this is probably a two. It was cold. The hotel is dated and the room is heated by a radiator but they rationalize the heating and it's always cold. There's also an air conditioning unit but it only cools the room. The room smelled funny, I couldn't see any mold but it smelled humid. It was not that clean either, I could spot some stains.
I am not sure and have no proof but it might have bedbugs because I was stunk by something.
