It’s centrally located. Seven minutes walk to San Marco Piazza, 3 minutes walk to waterbus. Restaurants, shops, bars all around the hotel. Lisa the receptionist is very helpful! Our room is nice and big and so as the bathroom. Very high ceiling and Venetian style. I love the 2 little balconies. We are expecting the stairs. Lisa helped us to get our luggages in the room.
The bed is hard and the pillows very thin. Otherwise, it could have been perfect.

Lovely stay in a historic building with an authentic Venetian interior. The location is unbeatable: all major sights are within a 10 min walk. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless thanks to daily housekeeping. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience the historic atmosphere of Venice.
The only downside was some noise in the evenings and at night - voices from other rooms were clearly audible through the walls :(

Location, staff.
Room C: the shower head did not stay in place, if you tried to close the shower doors, they came apart. Needs some tender loving care. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy.
