The let us check in slightly early which was helpful after an early flight. The room was big, great location too.

The room was super cute and very venetian. The beds were comfortable, but quite narrow and right next to each other, so it was like sharing a bed. The bathroom was roomy and clean. There was a guest sitting room that had plenty of natural light and tables and chairs. The hotel is quite central but quiet despite being near shops. There was a pizza shop and gelato shop right outside; super convenient when the need for a snack strikes!
The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto stop.
The room was very hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature despite making changes on the control panel. We moderated the temperature by opening the windows, so we managed.

Location, staff.
Room C: the shower head did not stay in place, if you tried to close the shower doors, they came apart. Needs some tender loving care. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy.
