We loved the Place and can only recommend it for a visit. The Location is Perfect, very close (5 min) to a waterbus stop on line 1 or Alilaguna (directly from the Airport), 15 min walking distance to Rialto Bridge or Piazza S. Marco, Lots of Restaurants and Bars very close but still quiet during the Night. The Place is spotless clean, Lots of Storage Space, modern bathroom. We Liked the small Kitchenette that had Everything needed for breakfast or a quick lunch. The Host is very Kind and provided Lots of Information. He even bought lactose free milk, cheese and yoghurt which I highly appreciated!

El desayuno es espectacular! Había variedad y calidad y todos los días reponian lo que habíamos consumido. La ubicación es excelente. La bienvenida de Giorgio y su predisposición fue espectacular

la posizione perfetta, la pulizia, ha tutto cucina doccia confort é straordinaria… sono tornato poche ore fa e gia mi manca ve la consiglio e in piú il proprietario é bravissimo, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, l'emplacement est idéal pour s'imprégner de la vie vénitienne, Giorgio est très accueillant et très réactif 🙂
