The location is fantastic. Not far to walk to just about anywhere. There is a great piazza just around the corner with good meal options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, even though cosy (standard for Venice), it had everything we needed, and a warm charm in the decor made it feel authentic.
The bed was a little hard, as were the pillows, which would be easy to change.

Overall, hotel is small, small room and breakfast not so varied. Bathroom small and broken.
