Good size room. Very close to train station
Most of the staff were friendly. In fact, one staff at the time of check in really help us lot
Since we had to take train to HB station or old Zurich town city, I wish it was less expensive

Location right next to the tram station. 5 min walk to the train station that's very helpful in travelling in and out of Zurich!

Check in made me wait until 3pm. It did not feel 5 stars. No mini bar fridge in room.
