The room was really nice with a lot of space, and well decorated. the bathroom was spacious and we are thankful that they kept our luggage safe with them (free of charge) even after checking out. friendly staff.

Our triple room was large enough for the three of us, and very clean. The location is not in the city centre but we were in Zurich for a gig at X-Tra, and this hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the venue.
The best thing – I normally don't sleep well and often wake up with neck pain, but the bed, duvet and mostly the pillow were fantastic! So comfy and soft, I want to buy that pillow now.
The milky glass door to the bathroom does not block the light, if someone is inside while the room is dark. In fact, it lights up the entire room. I don't know why hotels do that, but friends don't want to see each others' silhouettes when they shower! :D

I liked the location.. its easy to access from public transportation and there plenty of restaurants and bars near by. You can also reach Zurich HB with in short time through Tram. Also Hardbrucke station is walkable.
I had more expectation for 4 star rating hotel. Breakfast options are not wide enough for 4 star hotel. USB charger in the room could be also USB-C or wireless charger but only normal USB ports are available. Room is bit conjusted.

It had rooms for 3 people in single beds and it was clean.
The room we were in was so hot and there was no control over the temperature. We opened the window and put up with the noise at night and by night 3 we resorted to keeping the room door open with the chain for cross breeze ventilation. There were rules about the use of the fridge and eating in the room (really?) and the pillows were awful, I had to ask for more. Breakfast was so over priced we didn’t bother. The staff barely grunted at us when we arrived too. They didn’t even say hello. I said “Hello my name is …” and she responded with “passport”.
