Great location, walkable to anywhere in the city. Grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Fast internet connection. Chique lounge, nice leather sofas..And what I liked the best was the ventilation ( air conditioning) of the room, it was almost a Dyson air purifier was on. It was good they had Eurosport on tv so I could watch Roland Garros. But what else? Well, not much. However I will also try their other branches around Europe too, will have to check the price first though
To be honest Switzerland is an expensive country and Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in the world. This is the place where a McDonalds cheese burger costs equal to fresh pasta carbonara elsewhere. Bearing this fact in mind, it is unfair to say the price was too high for this hotel. 275 euros per night (breakfast not included) might be a very reasonable price for an avarage Swiss maybe?

there were no sleepers and we didnt like the carpet

The location is good and quiet. The bar and outdoor area is nice and staff is pleasant, was also clean
No bar fridge or tea coffee making facilities in room and air conditioning system not too good
