The hotel is on top a mountain on top of Zurich, you can get there by railway directly from the main station. If you are looking fore a hideaway from where you can see lake Zurich, the city of Zurich, a large part of the Swiss alpes, having dinner at the sunset terrasse and watching the stars align at night - this is your spot. Delicious dinner and great breakfast spread with made to order eggs and local products. They have a spa with sauna and hammam (needs reservation). The rooms are well designed and not overloaded.

The hotel is situated in an absolutely stunning location, on top of a hill looking over Zurich and the surrounding mountains. It is very peaceful and tranquil and the views are breathtaking. The room was great.
The only negative issue was that getting to the hotel was quite a challenge - you cannot go there by car (which wasn't the issue) and the train stations were closed until October for maintenance. There were replacement buses but we were not told where we could access these, a bit more guidance on the hotel website would greatly help
