Great location for the city, near some great restaurants and perfect for attending the ISM show which happens every year. Clean, tidy and comfortable beds.
WiFi didn’t work, only when you went downstairs it did. Could have just had a simple kettle/ tea facilities and refreshments in room.

Great Location and clean room
No hand soap which isn’t really acceptable. Reception was closed but no sign. I waited 10 minutes to ask a question about check out and then the member of staff came out and was short tempered and rude.
