The location was very convenient for our purposes, the rooms are very basic but had everything we needed, and were clean.
The parking was good (which is necessary in that part of Koln!), the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.
One evening the wifi wasn't working due to a technical problem, but it was fixed quickly.

The location worked out for us as we stayed there after a concert that was in the neighborhood.
The room was okay, but we found black mold in the morning before checking out and it made sense why two of us had really bad headaches the day before and in the morning. We were in a rush so we didn't have time to talk with the staff, but I hope they'll look into it and renovate the room.
