We knew it would be basic but took a chance as last minute get away but as there are no staff here there is no one to complain to.
I sent an email on arrival to say one very small electric heater wasn’t sufficient to heat a room which has no working air con/heating system in December. No reply yet in the lead up to trip I’ve been spammed with emails.
The heated towel rail doesn’t work so towels stay damp. You can go to 3rd floor to self service area to get towels toilet rolls etc but guess what no towels!
The noise from other guests on 30th December was ridiculous at 5am so I can only imagine what tonight will bring.
Would I stay again, absolutely not!

We had Girls trip for 1N and we like the hotel. Very comfortable and nice even when checked in process in hotel bit headache with the digital tab. Definitely will back stay here again but maybe in other city because we don’t like the city.

The Koncept Hotel International exceeded my expectations based on the price point. The receptionless check-in was a bit confusing — had to call to retrieve my booking code because I booked through Agoda — but the customer service was quick and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and my room was big and comfortable. The bathroom is especially big for European standards, and the bed is very cozy. Definitely recommend for a few nights in Cologne!

The room is nicely equipped but the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff were very responsive to replace a sucken foam matress the first night but unfortunately the quality of the foam just sank again. Recommend investing in some proper beds.
