Georgian house mews was exceptional. The welcome was really inviting, the rooms were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, nothing to much trouble to swap with the breakfast of need be. Allen really looked after us and gave us something special for my unwell husband. A perfect location and very friendly.

This is our 2nd stay and we had a lovely quiet room at the back. There was only 9.30am available for breakfast wich was ok as we didn't need to be anywhere early. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked breakfast. Checkout is 10am but with a late breakfast this wasn't possible but there was no issues. It is only a few minutes away from the Minster and just a short walk in to town. We stayed here to attend York Barbican which is in walking distance.

Located very near to the cathédrale Staff is Nice and helpful
The Roms are located behind a wall. Light never enters. The rooms are very dark and depressing.
