Brilliant location to New York walking distance from everything. The managers were very welcoming and helpful.
The mattress on the bed felt well used and the room could do with a small fridge. A small bottle of champagne was left but nowhere to chill it.

Staff very friendly and nice with us. The breakfast good, specially the yoghourt with the fruit that was superb!!! The location is great, in the city center, close to the main places to visit, pubs, markets... I would recommend it very much to enjoy York.

Staff is Nice and helpful
The Roms are located behind a wall. Light never enters. The rooms are very dark and depressing.
