Excellent service. Nice location and friendly staff. Well informed. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good and enjoyed the shower. Clean and queit rooms and comfortable to stay.
The internet was dropping and not stable. Since we had mobile data, we managed. It could have been better. We let them know and they told they will look into it.

Location was really good for walking into the city centre!
The showerhead riser bar was broken so you had to hold the shower head! No coffee making machine, no biscuits, no hot chocolate or rainfall shower as stated!
Milk not replenished! Bed very small and uncomfortable! Unable to operate heating as needed, so we were either cold or too hot! The outside PIR light in the courtyard garden constantly going off throughout the night!
