Location is excellent, very handy for city centre, just a few minutes walk away. Easy check-in instructions on arrival. Top floor room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Small breakfast room with friendly staff and we were not hurried.
No allocated parking, but resident permit so we had to drive around looking for appropriately marked spaces. Cooked breakfast good, but not generous. Appreciate it was bank holiday weekend, but not quite as personal a welcome/feel as other places we've stayed.

Close enough to town to walk in within 10 mins
Property was really lovely- and room was very well decorated
Would have been nice to have a bedside cabinet on both sides of the bed to put a book etc- maybe a small stool that could be pushed under the bed when not in use would be a good idea

Location was really good for walking into the city centre!
The showerhead riser bar was broken so you had to hold the shower head! No coffee making machine, no biscuits, no hot chocolate or rainfall shower as stated!
Milk not replenished! Bed very small and uncomfortable! Unable to operate heating as needed, so we were either cold or too hot! The outside PIR light in the courtyard garden constantly going off throughout the night!
