Everything.
The owner/staff was really nice.
I just turned up and he came 5 min after I called him. Location is great. Breakfast was very good.

Large spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic location right outside the city wall
Really, nothing. I guess it would have been nice to have had a few more coffee making facilities in the rooms, but there were all always supplies and little cookies available in the corridor right outside.

Perfect location, right across the road from the city wall. Lovely large first floor room (named Sara) with a comfy bed and a large bathroom. A very friendly, helpful host with good English. Parking for large car. Delicious typically italian breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.

nicely decorated inside
nice view from the terrace
no staff was onsite and hard to find at night
no window in the basement room
super small room you can’t open your suitcase
they entered our room to shut down the heating but it was freezing cold with stone walls
quite pricy
so noisy above that one could not sleep at night not sure if it were the owners or other guests
didn’t know about the location that no ferry goes there and you have to climb 400 steps everyone you go to the train Station
