Location is top ! You can really walk to the centre and be there in 10 to 15 min. Also being able to park your car close to the villa is nice although you do not have to have a "big" car. The entrance through the gate is rather narrow.
Host "Max" is really very nice. Happy to help you or advise you on any requests.
Breakfast is really great and Max makes great cappuccino !

Beautiful old house, close to the city walls. About 10-15 mins walk to the city centre.
Our host was friendly and most helpful.
Rooms clean and comfortable.
Excellent breakfast selection.
We used the car park which you must consider if driving.
Towels were a bit tired.

Great location for Luca. 2 minutes walk into old town.

cute little place
nicely decorated inside
nice view from the terrace
no staff was onsite and hard to find at night
no window in the basement room
super small room you can’t open your suitcase
they entered our room to shut down the heating but it was freezing cold with stone walls
quite pricy
so noisy above that one could not sleep at night not sure if it were the owners or other guests
didn’t know about the location that no ferry goes there and you have to climb 400 steps everyone you go to the train Station
