The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy to. An overall good stay.
A second real pillow for each bed would have been great. One pillow was not enough.

Handy location for visiting parkrun and sightseeing in Lucca. Comfortable beds, loved the high ceilings and very clean.

Location was good except there was no private parking. You have to go outside Lucca where it costs anything up to 10 euros a night. The room was ok but there were huge cobwebs on the ceiling. The lady on reception was very nice.
