The hotel is in a good location and walkable to many of the sightes Lucca has to offer. It is also a 10 min walk from the station. There is a carpark available but only free if booked directly with the hotel, otherwise it was €20 per night. However, the staff was so friendly and offered cheaper alternatives (all within 10-15min walk).
Upon checking in, we asked if the room was quiet and was informed we were obviously in the annex building. The staff member was so accomodating and moved us from the annex and gave us a room in the hotel which was perfect.
The hotel was wondeful and the staff was so friendly and always willing to help. I would stay again.
