Le contact avec l’hôte, le confort, le calme et l’emplacement.
Tout était bien même si j’aurais préféré avoir la salle de bain dans la chambre mais j’ai bien compris que ces bâtiments anciens classés ne le permettent pas.

Posizione top per girare Lucca a piedi.
La comunicazione con l’host e’ stata ottima, e’ sempre stata molto responsiva.
Ho potuto fare check-in anticipato e le istruzioni sono state chiarissime.
La macchinetta del caffe con cialde, fette biscottate e marmellata sono state un gesto molto apprezzato.
Anche il riscaldamento e altri dettagli hanno reso ik soggiorno molto confortevole
Giusto un paio di dettagli:
- la chiave non gira bene nel portone del palazzo
- mancava il detersivo per i piatti
- il wifi funziona benissimo quando va, ma l’ultimo giorno sembrava disconnesso
In ogni caso sono stata molto bene e lo consiglio

The staff was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful
The electrical outlets didn't work or plugs fell out. Maybe we didn't understand because we don't speak Italian but the promise of coffee was a failure. No coffee pods, or if there was we didn't know!
