nice breakfast - eggs/omelette cooked fresh on the spot; superb location - great shopping area, many good restaurants (we liked Olivo); nice view; pleasant atmosphere; very helpful staff.
buffet area very limited - narrow corridor, feels crowded; slightly stuffy - windows don’t open to avoid noise.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived before the check-in time, they were very helpful and accommodated me since a room was available. The hotel’s location is very good, close to everything.
The room I was given was not properly cleaned. I found food crumbs in the bed and hair in the bathroom, so I had to clean it myself. There were no hotel slippers, so I wasn’t comfortable. Due to its location, it was very noisy throughout the night.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel was impeccable. Every detail was thought of with consideration and we were so happy with our stay!
