Tutto perfetto. Bellissimi aperitivi sul terrazzo con vista tramonto. Cambio asciugamani compreso nel prezzo ogni 2 giorni. Pulizia della casa ottima e arredamento moderno. La cucina è attrezzata per noi italiani.
Si potrebbe migliorare il condizionatore, non funziona sempre benissimo ma va bene lo stesso.

We stayed 5 nights in the Palaiokastro Apartment with seaview and a big balcony at the backside plus terrace at the front. The quietness far away from massatourism is an energizer. The owner Minas and his wife Anna make sure that your stay in the apartment is very enjoyable. The apartment was superclean with a perfect bathroom. Also the private parking in front of the apartment is a big plus. We can highly recommend a stay in this apartment in Arkasa. The breakfast we took at their Aloiniki hotel in Finiki was superb with several specialities cooked by Anna.

Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα με εξαιρετική θέα στις δύο παραλίες, του Αγίου Νικολαου και της Αρκάσας. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι ο σφοδρός άνεμος δεν μας άφησε να χαρούμε τη θέα όσο θα επιθυμούσαμε.
Θεωρούμε ότι οι σίτες είναι απαραίτητες σε περίπτωση άπνοιας γιατί τότε τα κουνούπια θα οργιάζουν.

Facilità di comunicazione con l'host, assistenza per escursioni e lavanderia. Ogni due giorni l'host ha fatto pulire la stanza e cambiato biancheria e asciugamani. Letto matrimoniale spazioso e con materasso ortopedico. Doppio balcone, vista sul mare, vicinanza alle cittadine di Arkasa (con due supermarket, taverne, farmacia, ecc.) e Finiki (2 km) e all'acropoli di Paleòkastro (500 m, meravigliosa vista al tramonto seguendo il sentiero di montagna). La spiaggia di Aghios Nikolaos è molto vicina (300 m al massimo e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi), però sarebbe un peccato non visitare le tantissime altre spiagge più belle dell'isola, a cominciare da Aghios Theodoros, a circa 5 km. Per questo è consigliabile affittare un'autovettura. Per gli amanti del running è possibile allenarsi: le pendenze non sono eccessive e grazie al vento la temperatura raramente supera i 28 gradi (ed eravamo a fine luglio/inizio agosto!).
A fianco della deliziosa piccola palazzina che ospita i quattro appartamenti dell'host (due al piano terra e due al primo piano) c'è un brutto cantiere presumibilmente destinato a costruire una seconda palazzina uguale. D'estate i lavori sono interrotti, quindi non nessun fastidio per rumore o altro, però rovina un po' l'estetica. Si tratta evidentemente di un difetto minore, uno dei pochissimi.
