Wonderful sunset views from the terrace and picture window. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with off road parking and only five minutes walk from supermarket and tavernas but in a quiet location. Hosts were friendly and always on hand if needed. It is an ideal base to explore Karpathos.
The apartment feels a little cold and impersonal and would benefit from a bit of colour and some warm touches.

Maria left us a small basket for breakfast, which was really nice. The place is great, you can have breakfast looking to the acropolis every morining, this is quite unique. The apartment is fully prepared, we were 4 and enjoyed our stay!

Wunderschöne und toll ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf Meer.
Große, schöne 2 Zimmer mit 2 riesigen Bädern und bequemen Betten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könne, Filterkaffeemaschine, Tabkaffeemaschine, Herd, großer Kühlschrank und eine Menge Geschirr und Gläser. Alles in neuwertigem Zustand und sehr sauber. Maria hat uns sehr nett empfangen und ist für alle Fragen erreichbar (sie wohnt im selben Haus, ist aber sehr diskret und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Der Korb mit den Goodies hat uns sehr gefreut. Ich kann Marias Haus nur empfehlen. Auch der Ort Arkasa ist sehr nett. Die Tavernen werden auch von den Einheimischen besucht, es wird manchmal gesungen und die Kinder spielen auf der Straße. Es ist nicht nur vom Tourismus geprägt und das Essen ist in den Tavernen hervorragend. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben uns bei Maria und in Arkasa sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
