Amazing location and value for money. Trains are not loud with window closed but could be an issue in summer when it’s warmer.
Hot water was turned off for 2 days of our stay. Not hotels fault but worth mentioning

Very friendly hotel in a great location for transport around the city. There was a supermarket opposite which enabled us to save money by not having to go to pricey restaurants. The trains were noisy but the hotel provided ear plugs and to be honest it was quite nice watching them. The hotel had lovely lobby areas to sit in the evening and bar was open too.
Breakfast seemed expensive but could pick up coffee and pastry at supermarket on opposite side of road.

The best part is that its central in Østerport - if you have things to do in the area this is a great location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.
Its just a very average experience overall, but I got a feeling they want to sell you on other stuff like umbrellas, lockers, etc. Even after checkout, luggage storage costs 35 kroner and they want to reserve 100kr on your card. This is always customary where I travel - at least on this price point. Service was nothing exceptional, just super standard. Be ware that even though you get a room on the opposite side of the train tracks - it will be shaking the room a little bit when trains pass. We experienced this in rooms both at the front end (first couple rooms) and the last end (like a 3 min walk through the corridor) of the building. Also - their conversion rates from payment providers are so extreme I got a warning from American Express that their conversion rates are way above the standard conversion rates established by the European Central Bank. So it leaves the impression that they are trying to squeeze you hard for your cash.
