CPH Hotel

We (3 friends) had a lovely one-night stay at this clean and exceptionally good value hotel. The service here is absolutely top-notch. The rooms are spotless, featuring comfortable beds and a very clean shower room. Location-wise, it’s excellent—literally a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The reception lobby also includes a beautiful area to relax, complete with board games, table tennis, and table football for recreation. We had a lot of fun using them! However, the absolute best part of this hotel is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. After we checked out, they looked after our bags in their secure luggage storage, and when we returned to collect them, they welcomed us to use all the reception lobby amenities - even opening up a conference room so we could pray. We deeply appreciated that level of care. A special shout out to the lovely girl on the reception desk on the afternoon of May 25th! Breakfast in their beautiful restaurant was another major highlight: fresh, warm, and delicious, served by very courteous staff. All in all, highly recommended!

Breakfast lacked service - nobody greeted us to tell us what we need to do. No milk in room, had to get from reception in a cup

The location was really really good, the hotel was clean and had modern interior. Breakfast was great and the staff was nice. I can’t think of anything negative to say, highly recommend!
