We loved the room, location and the staff
The pillows were not comfy
There was a fridge in the room but it wasn’t turned on/we couldn’t work out how to switch it on

The hotel is generally nice, but at the beginning we were given a room on a higher floor, then we were moved to a better room.
Although the hotel is nice and Denmark is a wonderful country, I faced a major issue that I did not expect from this hotel. Due to the war near my country, I tried to cancel my reservation, but they insisted on charging the full amount, claiming that my booking was non-refundable. This shows a lack of flexibility and consideration for someone whose region has been affected by war.

Location is very good.
Room amenities were very minimal. Not even water bottle is provided as complimentary. Space was limited. Pillows & bed was very comfortable.
