It was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The checkin/checkout process quick and simple. The staff was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Great value for the price.
The only thing I would have liked was maybe a bath mat with the towel set. But really that’s being pedantic.

- Location is very good, 5 minutes from the main train station and next to variety of cafes and shops - Very friendly and helpful staff - Value for money overall was very good
- Room is cleaned only once in 4 days, a little bit more often would be wonderful

The beds were very comfortable and location was great for the city centre.
Rooms too small for the price, shower doors don’t close meaning floor got wet every shower. Nowhere to unpack clothes, no facilities in room and no cleaning of room (every 4th day)
