The apartment is in a quiet road but close to transport and other key sights. There is a lovely park nearby and good restaurants. The apartment has everything you need.

This apartment was located in a good location, near the Vesterport station. It was big enough for us 4 adults. The kitchen had basic items you'd need to cook with. We stayed in the 2bed 2bath apartment which had ensuite washer/dryer, perfect for us.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. They reply fairly fast and bring you whatever you ask for. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Location was good.
Cons: Beds were the opposite of firm, too soft and dipped in the middle. Pillows were deflated/flat. We all woke up with back pains. Shower layout was quite inconvenient. The open showers faced the toilets without enclosure. This meant that the entire bathroom would flood and be wet every time we showered. We asked for a mop but they didn't have one. No luggage keep, you are only allowed to leave your luggage by 1pm. It would be good if they had a luggage room for luggage keep regardless of time. When we got there, the cleaning lady was just finishing up and the place was not very clean. Maybe she was in a hurry. Lastly, we had to keep the windows open or the rooms got too stuffy. But there was a full construction right across the property that started work around 4am and they were extremely loud and noisy. Even if I had ear plugs on I would still be awoken by the noises they made.
Note: There are a few steps of stairs at the front of the property and you would need to carry your luggage up. The elevators could only fit 3 adults.
Overall I'd still recommend Daniel & Jacob's because they do provide good customer service. We still enjoyed being together in an apartment rather than getting separate hotel rooms.

Strict check-in at 3pm and no luggage storage available. The location is good, only 1–2 bus stops from the main bustling area and still walkable if you don’t want to take the bus. Around 15minutes walk. The place is clean and comfortable overall.
