Hospitality was superb and kind. The grounds were beautiful and impeccable. Room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. We had a studio and liked the size. We felt very safe in an authentic Italian environment. Property was in a little village area with tiny streets and a great cafe walking distance, Ambrosia Pasticceria (great coffee and pastries). The drive to Lucca was longer than I thought...maybe 20 minutes. We figured out how to park rental car outside the walled city of Lucca and pay a small fee in blue lined parking slots until 8pm (then it was free). Lucca is wonderful. Rent bikes that go along the top of the walled area that circles the town. The villa had free parking in a small attached area. Pool was open and lovely. No breakfast, which was our preference for this part of the trip. Recommend this clean and charming villa property with an authentic Italian host.

Well maintained. Coffee machine in room was good and there was a good little fridge. Also the room was spotlessly cleaned

Couldn’t access WiFi in my room. Too far from the router - outside was fine. No breakfast or bar, although local facilities were very close. BBQ available but no coals or firelighters or matches - you need to bring everything!! It was VERY expensive but it was July in Tuscany. If I had paid half it would have been great value for money but for what we paid I could have stayed in Monaco for 4 nights!!!
